Overall, the experience was great. Tim was professional and courteous the entire time, as was Anthony, and everyone I met at Lakeland Automall. The only things I wish would have happened would be getting floor mats put in the vehicle and the stain removed out of the back seat, but overall, I'm happy with everything! More
