Tim was very helpful in expediting our purchase of a lovely Pacifica. He was courteous, patient and helpful. The negotiation process was painless and the pricing was very competitive. We could have used better transparency by the dealership pertaining to embedded costs…they were lumped together with sales tax into one number within the proposal and I had to tease the constituents apart. The dealings with Chris Cansler when finalizing paperwork/registration were not nearly as pleasant. Chris seemed dour, answered questions in a curt, minimalistic fashion and gave the impression of being annoyed with us. My wife was left quite unsettled and irritated by the interaction with Chris. Perhaps he was just having a bad day… More
