I am so impressed with the quality of service and general human compassion I have been shown by my car guy, John. When I arrived here, I was greeted warmly by John, and was able to explain my situation and express my needs for this new vehicle. He jumped into action and was able to quickly locate a Dodge Journey that would accommodate my larger family, but also stay within my price range. He never once tried to upsell me or talk me into a newer/better/more expensive vehicle. He LISTENED to my needs and he delivered a vehicle that I can be happy with.
