I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram from these guys but I would not recommend them simply because they wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them. They have done nothing but lie to me about the most mundane stuff. First they never told me that the truck had been in an accident and that they didn't fix the damage. Needless to say after I got home and look the next morning I saw that the bumper was hanging loose and of course when I brought this up to them oh we'll fix it It won't cost you that much but if you wait 30 days you can get it done and your extended warranty. Oh and they lied to me about the extended warranty also because they told me they were going to bill me for it yet there was a $3,000 charge for warranty on the deal so where did that $3,000 go I wonder. And then they told me before I even got there that it was a done deal that was a lie I sat there almost 5 hours before it was an actual done deal and then it wasn't a done deal even two weeks later because the finance company kept calling me. Now it's been one lie after another lie after another lie regarding my license plate they didn't tell me that they were transferring a play didn't even mention that. They made up some lie the night I got my truck saying that the computer was down but that wasn't the truth at all they had tried to save themselves money and did a plate transfer on one of my old plates so they had to end up handwriting a temp tag And then when the temp tag expired they told me oh just come over and we'll print out another one so I go over there and no they can't print out another one they said oh well your plates been mailed to you which was a lie so we can't print out one you'll have to come back on Monday so here's Monday I went back after I personally called the lady in charge Janine who told me she would have the plate waiting at the desk another lie Only to discover that now oh here's another temp tag I don't know what's going on and not sure if I'll ever see an actual plate. So now I would not recommend these people to buy a car from because again they just cannot tell the truth about really anything I mean my salesman was nice I like him but I'm sure he's just telling me whatever they're telling him So I guess we need to find out who the person is in charge of all the lies and get rid of that person. More

Verified Buyer – Buyer Beware. The dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle with a non-working radio and failed to disclose it prior to sale. This was confirmed after purchase. Once payment was completed, all communication stopped — repeated calls were not returned and no attempt was made to resolve the issue. I sent multiple videos of it not working and all with NO response. This was not a misunderstanding or minor oversight; it was a deliberate lack of disclosure followed by complete avoidance. I strongly advise other buyers to avoid this dealership and choose one that operates with transparency and accountability. Non-working radio knowingly not disclosed. After payment, zero returned calls. Deceptive sale. Avoid this dealer. I've called everyday from November 19th to December 14th. They won't answer my call. I've tried the round about way by calling the main number so someone answered and asked for Moe and it's always he's not at his desk. The girl that was helping with the deal won't talk to me either. So who ever he was training when my parents stopped in, don't trust him either. This issue is still not and probably will not be resolved, so I am posting this review to reflect my experience so no one else has to go through it either. More
