I thought I got a great deal till I reviewed the paperwork. I've called a dozen times & shown up two times to the dealer. Al the finance guy they say I must talk to is out or not there. Voice mail is full & Finance manager says she knows nothing & can not help. I bought a car for $6999 all the paperwork said $6999, everything we agreed on said $6999 & what I signed said it, but somehow it was changed to $7999. I assumed it was an accident, but the lack of response & hiding is making me think it was fraud. I guess, I'll need to call the finance company and whoever handles car dealer disputes for the state of Florida. I'll report them to the BBB but they have an F there, so it may not matter. Check your paperwork, they hand you in the envelope, it may have changed. Do not expect and help or a response after you've made a purchase. I hope they enjoy the $1000 because I have a lot of free time and access to the internet & know how to file complaints. More

I ordered parts from this company on September 18 and paid for expedited shipping, but as of October 2, I still haven't received them. There has been no communication from the company, so I called their customer service and spoke with an employee named Jason. I was already stressed about the delay, but Jason made things worse by being extremely rude, disrespectful, and impatient, even though I remained polite throughout the call. To make matters worse, he hung up on me, possibly because I was asking too many questions. However, isn't it their job to assist customers with their concerns? I don't believe Jason should be in customer service or handling calls if his response is to hang up on customersa and be rude. When I called back, Rocky answered and was very polite. He even apologized for my experience, despite not being at fault, which I really appreciated. He answered all my questions and explained that a part was missing, and they were waiting for it. He assured me that once they received the part, he would have it shipped to me. Update: Rocky called me back when my parts arrived and provided me with the tracking number. I will be receiving my package soon. Thank you! More
