Where do I start- my daughter had a budget on a used car no payments-she knew it would not be perfect- the salesman I was to meet was not there and the car we requested to test drive and received a text abo no payments-she knew it would not be perfect- the salesman I was to meet was not there and the car we requested to test drive and received a text about being avail - the manager Justin said they don't have that vehicle (and it was listed on website) total bait and switch- they had something to show us but this was a deathtrap of a vehicle - now they won't stop blowing up my phone when I have already declined. Do not trust these guys More

I recently purchased a new Ram from Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and I want to specifically recognize Justin Purdy, Sales Manager, and Ariel Schwartz, Salesperson, for the professionalism they demon Dodge Jeep RAM, and I want to specifically recognize Justin Purdy, Sales Manager, and Ariel Schwartz, Salesperson, for the professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire process. The truck I originally agreed to purchase could not be delivered as expected. However, Justin and Ariel were upfront, honest, and professional in their communication with me. Rather than allowing the situation to become a negative experience, they worked to find a solution and ultimately provided an upgraded Ram Longhorn at no additional cost. I believe the true measure of a dealership and its people is how they respond when something doesn’t go according to plan. Justin and Ariel handled the situation with integrity, kept their word, and made sure I was satisfied with the final outcome. I am extremely pleased with my new truck and, more importantly, with the way I was treated. I highly recommend Justin Purdy, Ariel Schwartz, and the team at Lakeland Dodge. I will definitely return to them for future vehicle purchases. Well Matt from Sales was very informative and will leave it there. Where to start a total bait and switch offer from Hercules for a $50 Amazon gift card for the test drive of my new Gladiator....now this is it there. Where to start a total bait and switch offer from Hercules for a $50 Amazon gift card for the test drive of my new Gladiator....now this is where it gets interesting-never got the gift card and was told they would mail int in a couple weeks (LIE Hercules)...when I reach out to message him- he suddenly got amnesia and forgot who I was after spending 50K at this dealership!! So still to date no gift card- a total Hercules scam to get people there and trap them! My importance for this visit was to trade/sell a 2023 Chevy Silverado Custom, that this dealer kept mailing me via USPS several times. The sad part is I never owned a Chrysler product my entire life (58 years) The finance department is terrible and was stuck with me with Ally (a fake bank) and a high interest rate despite a 600+ credit score and no delinquency. Truth be told stay away, I was backed into a corner because I wanted a newer vehicle with less miles. I should have went with GM to get the better interest rate than I did here, only difference would have been fairer price and better interest rate!! But like anything learned a lesson, a word to anyone considering- shop elsewhere and be aware of shady finance people who just want a sale and you are nothing but a number! More

Sloppily run service department with poor communication and logistics. Clearly they need service manager who is competent and/or experienced. I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram from these guys but I would not recommend them simply because they wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them. They have done nothing but lie to me about the most mundane stuff. not recommend them simply because they wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them. They have done nothing but lie to me about the most mundane stuff. First they never told me that the truck had been in an accident and that they didn't fix the damage. Needless to say after I got home and look the next morning I saw that the bumper was hanging loose and of course when I brought this up to them oh we'll fix it It won't cost you that much but if you wait 30 days you can get it done and your extended warranty. Oh and they lied to me about the extended warranty also because they told me they were going to bill me for it yet there was a $3,000 charge for warranty on the deal so where did that $3,000 go I wonder. And then they told me before I even got there that it was a done deal that was a lie I sat there almost 5 hours before it was an actual done deal and then it wasn't a done deal even two weeks later because the finance company kept calling me. Now it's been one lie after another lie after another lie regarding my license plate they didn't tell me that they were transferring a play didn't even mention that. They made up some lie the night I got my truck saying that the computer was down but that wasn't the truth at all they had tried to save themselves money and did a plate transfer on one of my old plates so they had to end up handwriting a temp tag And then when the temp tag expired they told me oh just come over and we'll print out another one so I go over there and no they can't print out another one they said oh well your plates been mailed to you which was a lie so we can't print out one you'll have to come back on Monday so here's Monday I went back after I personally called the lady in charge Janine who told me she would have the plate waiting at the desk another lie Only to discover that now oh here's another temp tag I don't know what's going on and not sure if I'll ever see an actual plate. So now I would not recommend these people to buy a car from because again they just cannot tell the truth about really anything I mean my salesman was nice I like him but I'm sure he's just telling me whatever they're telling him So I guess we need to find out who the person is in charge of all the lies and get rid of that person. More
