When we first started dealing with your dealership to service my wife’s Renegade I was thoroughly impressed with your sales department. I purchased a Dodge Ram from you because of my experience. Now I would not recommend you to someone I don’t like. My truck gave me the 200 mile DEF warning. I immediately put it in but it did not reset. I contacted your service department and and scheduled an appointment. At that time they told me 48-72 hours. The next day I received a reminder of my annual check up at the VA for the same date. I immediately started trying to contact your service department to reschedule and ask a question. I spoke with you customer service, I spoke with Chrysler corporation all of them assured me they would have them call. 40 miles and over a week later no call and my truck went into DEF MODE. Finally someone called and in formed me I will have to pay to to it up and it would be two weeks before anyone would look at it in spite of the fact according to them it’s more than likely a simple reset. I am a disabled veteran at 90% and you feel it’s okay to treat me like this after spending $79k after financing with you. I going to find out who all agrees
