I wish there were a way to give this place zero stars- they are extremely sketchy and do not honor their pricing. Buyers beware- run away from this place. I dealt with Logan Brewer and Jeff Dixon. We were they are extremely sketchy and do not honor their pricing. Buyers beware- run away from this place. I dealt with Logan Brewer and Jeff Dixon. We were negotiating on a price of a vehicle and they sent me an adjusted quote on a Saturday. I could not reach anyone for 2 days and then on Tuesday morning they tell me they won’t honor the pricing they provided me on Saturday and will only sell me the vehicle for $4,000 more than they told me on Saturday. Please don’t waste your time and try to find a dealer with some ethics/morals. More

My Grand Cherokee L has been in the shop for 5 days. Was told when I dropped it off would be ready in 2 days. I tried calling yesterday but everyone in the dealership answered the call but someone in servic told when I dropped it off would be ready in 2 days. I tried calling yesterday but everyone in the dealership answered the call but someone in service. All calls went to voicemail. Finally at the end of day spoke to my service advisor and was told the service tech working on on car had left for the day and call back tomorrow but I would have to speak to another advisor. So I called today and same run around not able to speak to a service advisor after 3 calls finally and was told they would call me back they needed to talk to the tech. It’s been 3 hours and no call back. I’m going to the dealership and speak to a manager. I won’t be bringing my car back for service at this dealership. Don’t care if I have to drive 30 minutes. More
