The best experience I've had with buying a car. I was impressed by not only my salesperson (Andrew) but with the entire company. I was told that I would drive away in a brand new car. And I did. I was extremely poorly treated and disrespected by the manager. To make up for my trip, he said he would pay for my gasoline, but then refused to pay for my gasoline. Amy was my salesperson and she was the one of the only positive things about our experience after we left is when things went wrong or should say their level of care. Once you are sold a car unless they can sell you something else, you are dead to them and they are unwilling to help you. I bought an SUV that had Key restrictions, they promised to pay for a new key to fix the problem. A family emergency prevented me from coming in right away and now they are going back on their word and being unwilling to help! Tyler, a service manager is one of the rudest people in the business! Literally spent over 20,000 dollars with them and this is a 300.00 fix and they refuse to help. Trash! Do not buy from these people, they do not deserve your business! More

I was told by the sales person that there were already two keys and thus, I refused the additional fee. After signing the papers, they claimed that they couldn't find the second key. I talked to JOSH JOHNSON he and wants to charge me $250 for it. Basically, they lied about the key. AVOID this dealership and the dishonest Josh Johnson. If you read the reviews about this place and Josh, you'll see that there have been other complaints about them. More
