Just drop your car off and wait and wait and wait for days. I called and got and made an appointment to get the top on my Jeep Liberty fixed again. The appointment was with Emily at 8:30. When I got there Emily was busy so Angela checked in the car. I called around 1 and left a message for Emily and she called me back about 30 minutes later. She stated "I have not forgotten about you I'll give you a call with your quote later today". I waited until 4:30 and finally I called her again. Again she called me back about 30 minutes later. This time she said they didn't get my car today but they would get to it tomorrow. I explained that I took the day off because I can't be without my vehicle on work days (my day starts before they have someone to drop you off at work and ends after they close and often I need the car during a work day) and that I was more than a little aggravated. She was very apologetic but that doesn't give me my vacation day back nor does it help me get to and from work now that they are keep the car a second day. The reason I made the appointment was so I could get the vehicle looked at that day. Otherwise I would have dropped off the next day. This is the second time in a row they have done this to me. Last time I dropped it off for a safety recall, they kept it all day and then said they didn't have the parts. Jeep used to be a great brand with excellent service. Now that it is owned by Fiat it one of the worst. If you are looking for a brand or dealer that takes care of the customer after the sale. I recommend you look somewhere else. More

Terrible experience with service. Lies,deceit, low integrity Beware as they are not honest Went in for recall on cat converter. They installed wrong and made terrible noise. Took back 3 times and then said motor mounts were bad causing the engine to tip and hit converter causing the problem, costing 1200.00 dollars to fix, I said it was fine when I brought it in, but insisted that was problem , so I said ok fix it, but thank goodness they didn’t have parts in stock. Went to independent garage to see what they thought. Said motor mounts were fine and showed me where they cobbled up the exhaust causing the loud noise and banging. They couldn’t believe a dealership did this. They used wrong brackets and said I was lucky exhaust didn’t melt my bumper as the whole system was so out of line. They Fixed it for 50.00. Car runs great now. Beware if you use this company as they have poor integrity , shame on them. They flat out lied to me. Never again as I refuse to deal with companies that lie to cover up their own mistakes. More

Great people! Great quality! Great prices! Came in for a service, got it taken care of , then traded it in for a upgrade! The service staff was attentive, even though it was busy. And the sales Came in for a service, got it taken care of , then traded it in for a upgrade! The service staff was attentive, even though it was busy. And the sales staff and managers really found me a great deal on a brand new 2019! Definitely sending my family here when they need a vehicle. And I'll be back for my next one in a couple years! Also the new showroom is very clean and comfortable, it made the wait seem like nothing . Customer service followed up the next day and made sure I was taken care of ! More

I asked to work with someone else and she said in a nasty tone, "Why don't you want to work with me I'm trying to help you." Only dealership that wouldn't run numbers for me unless the pulled my credit. I work in sales at a very reputable dealership and I know how to do business. I'm very disappointed because I probably would have bought the vehicle if they would have presented some numbers. More

No help at all and why hve my reviews been deleted? Well just like I thought. This dealership didn’t even offer any type of help or try to correct the mistakes they Made. Mrs Christina did try her best but the managers had nothing to say and they told her that There was nothing they could and couldn’t even speak to me on the phone to tell me them selves. This dealership has stole from me, invaded my personal belongings; lied to me, manipulated me; and has made me change my way of car buying for the rest of my life. Again I paid out of pocket for diagnostics that I shouldn’t have never had to pay. In which all of my unnecessary expenses Were and should’ve been covered under the factory warranty but this dealership denied its own vehicle guarantee. Then when confronted, they never gave my money back. I had so many problems with my vehicle. After researching and calling different dealerships. I found out 100% for sure that every problem I had on my vehicle was covered and should’ve been fixed by this dealership. They stole my personal belongings out of my truck when it was in their possession. They stated they would pull video, I said please due allow me to see, they never did!. Never fixed any problems that cost me out of pocket or even offered to return my belongings. When I did confront them about it I was told any communication would have to be under legal representation and to leave. So please people I’m telling you from experience! This dealership will make your life xxxx, cost you money and cost you to have stress levels so high you feel like your going to just loose it. I’ve tried everything. I have stacks of documents and proof on what they have done. I offered to fax all documents. No! They said, didn’t even offer to look over them. Also I was told recently that, “Nope!”! “Sorry there’s nothing we can do.” Before buying a car or having it service. If your not sure please you can contact me on social media or call me. This incident just showed how low these people are, I wouldn't buy anything from this dealership even if it was for free. More
