THE GOOD: Large dealership with good selection of vehicles. THE BAD: Went in to buy a truck recently and was shocked at the behavior of its staff (not the salesman)… the sales/ finance manager a vehicles. THE BAD: Went in to buy a truck recently and was shocked at the behavior of its staff (not the salesman)… the sales/ finance manager and the General Manager. They were incensed that I was comparing prices between Florida dealerships and found a much lower price elsewhere. They promised to meet that price if I gave them the location. Upon doing so, they called that location and purposely turned that dealership against me, because Lakeland Dodge failed on the numbers. Lakeland Dodge single-handed destroyed the deals in both locations. The LD sales manager then had the nerve to scold me like a new employee on probation. Needless to say, I gave them the 3rd degree and purchased my truck elsewhere. Screw these rude, lying backstabbers. More

When you purchase vehicle and want extended warranty don't buy through finance department they will sell you a third party warranty, buy your warranty through mopar! Example third party warranty $6000, don't buy through finance department they will sell you a third party warranty, buy your warranty through mopar!
