Worst experience with car sales EVER! I came in to purchase and left as we could not deal. Got a phone call the following morning and we were able to come to an agreement on the purchase I came in to purchase and left as we could not deal. Got a phone call the following morning and we were able to come to an agreement on the purchase of a new Jeep. I took PTO for half a day to come finish up the process in person. 5 minutes after I let them know I was on the way, I recieved a phone call telling me the Jeep we have been discussing is in the port but rest assured they would have it delivered to me the next day. I said no problem, I'll be there soon to sign paperwork. When I arrived I was greeted and left sitting for over 30 minutes without any explanation. When someone finally asked me if I had been helped I explained I didnt know what the hold up was. 5 min later I was sat down and told the Jeep we agreed on was sold. I firmly believe they knew at the very least when I got the phone call there was no Jeep anymore. Yet still had me come in to try to sell me on something else. They did have an alternative ready to go for more $$ but at that point I was no longer interested. I did try to make an offer on another deal we previously discussed for $1500 less than what their last offer was. They declined and I left. The next day I got a text with the same offer I walked out on the previous evening thanking me for the chance to earn trust back. I explained they had done nothing to earn any trust back and I was already working with a different dealer. I politely asked to be removed from their contact list. I recieved several more texts telling me to make sure I get the same as what they were willing to do, "challenged" me to find a better offer, sent me a link to make sure I knew, then looked up not only where I went to make the purchase but also what I bought to make sure I knew they were going to do better. Their "deal" may have been more bang for the buck if looking dollar to dollar, BUT I think the part this dealership is missing is the relationship with the customer. I am 10x more happy after traveling 2.5 hours away and being treated with kindness, respect, and HONESTY. I should have looked at other reviews before wasting my time here as its clear I am not the first with this experience. Reading the responses to their negative reviews gives you a clear idea of how they react when someone is displeased. Zero customer satisfaction. More

This has to be the WORST Dodge service department I have ever dealt with and I have been a Dodge owner since 2002. This doesn't even include the new vehicles where there was a $10k discrepancy from them ever dealt with and I have been a Dodge owner since 2002. This doesn't even include the new vehicles where there was a $10k discrepancy from them versus Jerry Ulm in Tampa. I tried 2 times to buy a truck from there but they ALWAYS claim they can't help us even though Jerry Ulm in Tampa were great. I used to work in Tampa so always took my vehicle there. 3 years ago I started working in Lakeland so I thought it would be convenient to take my vehicle there for repairs. As to the service we have taken our vehicle here 3 times. Every single time they either neglect to do something I have asked or just outright just refuse to keep me in the loop. No communication whatsoever. 1st time. I went in to ask for a new rear window as I broke it by accident. They told me it would be a few weeks and they would get in a window. So, after a month I called and no one knew about my order. They had no window nor was there any evidence they ordered a window for me. 2nd time. I asked them to change the oil and check out my manifold gasket leak. I came back and they replaced the oil but didn't look at the leak. One guy who works with me ALSO asked them about a rear window. haha. Again, no one ordered one. 3rd time I ended up needing lifters. I Was told someone would call me for a rental the next day and also they would call to lmk about my truck and what the issue was with it. No phone call. So, I came in the next opening day and the service guy said "Oh, yeah. The rental people just left" So, another day no rental. No phone call. I spoke to the assistant manager while I as there. I just wanted to let him know of the issues we have been having with no one communicating. He assured me he would reach out the next day. Guess what? No response. So, if the assistant manager can't make a call back to me then how would anyone expect his service managers to call me back. LOL We have 2 other incidences of no communication. It's like I Am bothering them with bringing in my vehicle. Jerry Ulm in Tampa was EXCELLENT and always took care of me. They communicated with me during any visit. Lakeland doesn't have any communication whatsoever. They are the worst. I just can't believe they are still in business! From what I saw though all their guys were standing around looking at their phones laughing about something on the internet. I guess no one has work to do. haha. Unbelievable. UPDATE After they finally fixed my lifters and had the truck running a month, the check engine light came on again. So. I took it back and they kept the vehicle for OVER A MONTH and told me nothing was wrong. I again asked about the manifold gasket leak. I was told there was no leak. I took my truck to Tampa Jerry Ulm Dodge to have it looked at. Not only was there a manifold leak it was CRACKED. No one in Lakeland even looked at it. Tampa sent me pictures and a video of the crack AND numerous other issues. Rear seal leak, etc. Had they pointed these things out to me in Lakeland I would have just bought a new truck. Lakeland Dodge service is THE WORST. I shouldn't have to ask numerous times to have an issue looked at. They do not care. No one cares at all at this place. I have called and no one has EVER reached out to me. So, I traded my truck in for a Chevy. For over 20 years I have been a Dodge fan but no longer. Lakeland Dodge will NEVER get my business again....and I can't afford to take it to Tampa Dodge even thought they were great. It's sad that it's an hour drive for me. Had Lakeland Dodge cared even HALF as much I would have bought a new Dodge truck. It's very sad. More
