Did not payoff trade-in vehicle. It's been over a month since my new vehicle was funded yet my trade in vehicle has not been paid off yet. Now, I have another payment due and they ch It's been over a month since my new vehicle was funded yet my trade in vehicle has not been paid off yet. Now, I have another payment due and they charged me daily interest that should all be paid by Lakeland Dodge by having the money, but not paying it out. Feels very shady! Salesman, Manager and accountant will not even talk to me or try to explain what the problem is. I have to file complaints with the BBB, Attorney General and the Fl hwy safety and motor vehicles. I have read several of these same complaints about not paying off trade-in vehicles, unfortunately after our purchase. Buyer be aware! More

I have never met someone so individually invested in me and my purchasing experience. MANNY MELVIN, is a humble, driven and ambitious individual. Please forgive the length of this review, however, I REALLY encourage you to stay committed to reading this....(just like Manny did for me) Manny took the time to really understand my unrealistic expectation of what type of Jeep I was looking for. It truly became a needle in a haystack search. Manny didn’t shy away, he took the task with no hesitation not only with a sense of humor but with a sense of endearment to find me the unicorn vehicle I was looking for. Manny dedicated his time to really do research once it was determined that the Jeep wasn’t on the lot, the search became statewide. He continued to keep me informed as the search took place. He ACTUALLY found the Jeep!!!! Then, horribly we were all informed there was some transmission issues and the PERFECT match was off the table. Here is where the true compassion and customer service cane into play. He approached me and said calmly he had bad news to share with me. He shared the issue and my heart was slightly broken. But Manny said, I’m not going to give up we will find you what you want! And Boom! He found ANOTHER ONE! Within seconds it was unavailable....... if things could go wrong they it did. But again, Manny continued to press on. He was not letting me leave until I had what I wanted, I was happy and we had a deal. He then came back to the table with yet another opportunity! I couldn’t believe it and to top it off it had even more of the features that I wanted in my new Jeep!!!! I jumped and clapped and we hugged! He made it happen for for me!!! I now (only because of his dedication and not wanting to let me down) am owner of a fully loaded Sahara at an incredible deal all because of MANNY MELVIN! I highly encourage you to go to Lakeland Chrysler Jeep and ask for him and him only! He will find you whatever you are looking for even if you think it’s impossible! More

Sales dept was great ... detail dept needs some work Tyler was excellent to work with. Very professional and informative. Jeep was cleaned and detailed after the purchase.
