Great overall experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. From the sales staff to the GM and finance manager, a no hassle experience. I called Denise Saturday January 21, 2012 at 10:00 looking to buy two Jeeps, My fi sales staff to the GM and finance manager, a no hassle experience. I called Denise Saturday January 21, 2012 at 10:00 looking to buy two Jeeps, My fiancee wanted a wrangler and I wanted a wrangler unlimited. I advised her of the exact vehicles that we wanted, and the best pricing that I had obtained. We were not interested in the mystic math that car dealers do. We also knew what our trades were really worth. We gave them the lenght of the loan and the car payment we wanted to be at. I researched this nine ways to Sunday, and knew that the dealer was going to have to dig deep to make it happen. Denise got all of the info right on the first try and was back to me within 15 minutes. We spoke several more times about the numbers and finally agreed to go to the dealer at 2:30. When we arrived, the vehicles that we were interested in were parked out front waiting for us to test drive. Both Denise and the GM Mr Coleman came outside to greet us and introduce themselves. Denise is a credit to her organization and very professional at her job. By 4:00pm we were done looking at vehicles and ready to talk numbers. Only took two back and forths before Mr. Coleman asked what will it take for us to make the deal. Both of the new vehicles had some dealer installed options, which we did not figure on (but ended up getting N/C). We gave him our original numbers and advised him that's where we needed to be. With the nod of his head he upped the trade in value on our vehicles to well beyond what any other dealer gave and hit our numbers dead on. When we went to Finance, NO EXTREME tactics to add other extended warranties etc. Here is the surprise, My Fiancee's payment ended up $2 less per month, mine $2 more (she had a little better credit score).I purchase a new car every 2 years because of my job and have purchased a total of 12 cars. This has been the best experience I've had. We shopped at two other dealers for these cars and got the usual dealer BS, leaving in frustration. The only issue is the lenght of time to do all of the paperwork, thanks to banking regulations and government requirements (beyond their control). More
I got a good deal with very little hassle and they actually seemed like they wanted to help me. I will be back for service and I would gladly recommend them to my friends. actually seemed like they wanted to help me. I will be back for service and I would gladly recommend them to my friends. More

The experience we had with this dealership was surreal. We actually never even made it to the dealership because they came to us! I'm in North Florida and called because I was interested in a vehicle they had on the lot. We worked up a phone deal and I told them we couldn't come until the weekend (this was on a Wednesday). I asked if I could put some money down to hold it until then and they offered to bring the vehicle to ME, 150 miles away instead! What?! They offered a trade-in amount on my car sight unseen (based on my description) and came the next day to my wife's place of employment where we did the deal quickly and efficiently. Brian was awesome! Super friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thanks a lot guys! More

Not only was it a very comfortable experience but everyone was very down to earth and eager to please. Salespeople Denise and Armando were very easy to work with. Got an amazing deal, and when its time for a 2nd Dodge I will be back for sure. After the sale the General Manager of the lot came out and sincerely thanked us for the sale. This small step made a big impression. He assured us if we need anything to let him know and I believe he will be there if we need him. More

It took one and a half hours to even get a price on the vehicles I was interested in. Once I was presented with a price, I was immediately asked to purchase the car. I explained that I wasn't going to drop vehicles I was interested in. Once I was presented with a price, I was immediately asked to purchase the car. I explained that I wasn't going to drop thousands of dollars on a car without at least thinking about it for more than 30 seconds. This is where the sales tactics got very ugly. In fact, the salesman actually rolled his eyes and said "Oh man..." when I said I would like to at least discuss it over with my fiance' before buying a car, like a responsible adult with a family to worry about. He even went so far as to suggest I call her on the phone right there and ask. I felt as if I was being questioned by the Gestapo. It was unbelievable. Lakeland Dodge couldn't GIVE me a car now. They get the lowest rating from me in the areas I experienced due to the complete disregard for my time, the inability to answer even the most basic questions (such as the price of a car) in a timely manner, and the utter rudeness in the sales tactics they employed. Shockingly bad sales experience... More
Worst place to buy a new car, negotiated the price on the car, then negotiated the trade in on our car. When everything was packaged together and put on paper all the numbers changed and we ended up financin car, then negotiated the trade in on our car. When everything was packaged together and put on paper all the numbers changed and we ended up financing a few thousand dollars more than what was negotiated. Tommy Swords (Sales Manager) hid behind his desk and said he was too busy to talk, but then as soon as we went into the parking lot he had time to take a smoke break, little did he know I was still in the parking lot. Very unprofessional and would never deal with them again. Take the drive to Bartow to Tom Edwards, they have far better reviews, and even if Bernie Madoff was the sales manager, you would still get a better deal. Also still waiting on my return call from the General Manager, Mr. Alvarez, but I assume he is too busy, probably on a eternal smoke break. More
We drove five hours to purchase a vehicle we found on their website. Phillip Siefke went above and beyond to make our trip well worth our time. He was nothing but honest and we would make the trip agai their website. Phillip Siefke went above and beyond to make our trip well worth our time. On 8/28/10, we purchased a 2010 Jeep Compass. Part of the deal was a compass was to be installed in the vehicle. After the deal was completed and cash was paid, we were informed it would be the first we the deal was a compass was to be installed in the vehicle. After the deal was completed and cash was paid, we were informed it would be the first week of October before we could get the compass. After numerous phone calls, to which we received no reply, we received a phone message that the compass would not be available in the near future so they proposed to purchase us a Garwin GPS from Walmart "to make us happy". We visited another Jeep dealer to see why we were having difficulty getting the compass to learn that there had never been a compass that could be installed as promised in the Jeep Compass. We learned that the only way to get a compass installed in this car was to install a navigation system. We discussed this with Mr. Alvarez, General Manager, who said our only optin was to accept their offer for a GPS. We did not accept his offer because we bought the car in good faith and they knew at the time of purchase that there was no compass. More
