So disappointed, well after made a review for the Ford Deale r they contacted me and we get in touch and they told me, oh please we want to get together with you and solve this issue. We went to the Dealer and they just wanted to have business dont even sit with us and talked about what happened and look for options it is so sad that the only think they care about is selling and make money. So we get in the dealer and they asked for the keys truck and then asked how much was the paid off. Ten minutes after the seller came oh we are so sorry we can not help you at this time because your payment its going to be higher they also said what about if you wait 1 or 2 years maybe we can help you, I thought they will help me like they said I want to fix it. I was just right, Ford dont care about their customers, one they sold the car the customer is not their problem because they get what they want, make money. It's a shame, but what they wanted, was make business and not helping me they just wanted to take advantage of my situation and pretend they wanted to help. More
