In For Service and Out with a New Car! I brought in my 2017 Escape, (which I purchased at this dealership 2 years ago), for an oil change. I don't mind driving the miles from Davenport to d I brought in my 2017 Escape, (which I purchased at this dealership 2 years ago), for an oil change. I don't mind driving the miles from Davenport to do this, because the personnel in the service department are terrific to deal with and the dealership/service area is so clean and welcoming to the customers who are waiting. As I waited I began speaking to Sandy, one of the sales personal, and she told me about the "trade in, trade up" event that was happening. I became intrigued, especially since a brand new Escape, with the bells and whistles that I wished I had purchased prior, was available and for a great price. Sandy brought the car around and after I drove it, I was hooked. I drove off the lot with exactly the car I wanted 2 years earlier. Sandy was so helpful and patient with me, as I was nervous about buying another car. She stayed with me the entire time, (goodness I was there for 7 hours!), even gave me lunch and terrific conversation. I'm so happy with my Escape and the outstanding customer service that I received. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to my family and friends for many years to come. Sometimes on a Sunday the General Manager aren’t around and you will notice things aren’t at 100% but I didn’t feel that except when I heard some cursing from the the sales counter. But that be my only issue the entire day with the sales and financial team. The detail job was average at best and my window tint has bubbles and I would of like to pick my shade I wanted after all it is my truck. More
