I was also unhappy with the "dealer add-ons" for the car that weren't explained more upfront about what all was included in the price charged. The lack of care also kept my brother from taking the time to purchase a $24,000 Elantra hybrid for his home owners association and pay cash for it, as he didn't feel any value to make the longer return trip because we were treated as a number and not a valued customer.
