The personnel are excellent and the building is clean. I think prices for inexpensive repairs are too expensive at Lakeland VW. I paid 780.00 for a fuel pump. I was charge 2hrs for installment fee. The lack of consideration and the sense of urgency is absent. Took my car service due to a check oil level and low washer fluid notification. (last visit was on Aigust 2020) I was supposed to wait an hour per service agent suggestion. I got to the dealer in Lakeland at 8:50am for a 9:00 am appointment left at 2:06 PM. Was offered a loaner after the first hour asked how much longer and was told one more hour I said it's ok I will wait. BIG MISTAKE!!! 11:30AM passed didnt see my car keys until 2pm and I asked him not to wash it please I had to go. I dont mind waiting as you can see. But then not having good time management skills and lack of consideration for your costumer is another thing. If a costumer makes an appointment at 9 am it might may be mean that they have other things to do during the day. Came home and started reading their reviews and got worried. Opened the hood of my car and the plastic engine cover was loose and the battery covers were out of place. It isnt the first time I go to that particular dealer and they take longer than expected. It’s been a week and I still have no resolution or feedback on the matter. Obviously they feel it wasn’t their doing and it was “the detailing vendor” they hire to do the car washes.. but realty it should have never happened and the fact that it still happened under their care and their property.. Your supposed to have peace of mind when u drop your vehicle off but this obviously isn’t the case here. I’ve lost complete trust. And I’m extremely disappointed bc it affects my child as well More

I’m very disappointed with my experience everything went very well until I got back into my car and noticed a very large crack in my windshield. I pulled back in and showed them at which time the manager c very well until I got back into my car and noticed a very large crack in my windshield. I pulled back in and showed them at which time the manager came out and looked at it and then talked to some other guys and came back to tell me it had already been there which I know it wasn’t! I was very upset and she told me my insurance should cover the windshield and that I would get my next oil change for free. I know something happened and this is my first bad experience I’ve had here! I wanted to keep bringing my car here for service since I bought it here but now I don’t know if I’ll be back!!!! More
