Good people. I cannot imagine the words trust worthy and car salesperson going hand in hand, but Lakeland VW has broken the mold! They deal with integrity and with your needs in mind. They do not try to coerce you into buying vehicles that you would have to give your house up to afford, but they listen to what you're looking for and tell you straight up if they have what you need. I can say that Michelle stayed in touch over two years with vehicles that could possibly be a fit, my life circumstances had been trying, but I am excited to say she found the best Tiguan for me and my family, and she was beyond helpful and delightful. Jared was courteous and straight up with what I would absolutely need and could consider...very unusual for a finance manager. Jeff was courteous and diligent about tracking down parts and making certain my certified Tiguan was in tip-top condition. Look no further, Folks. I brought my new atlas in for oil change. Waited two hours for oil change. No one came to give me a status update. I had to go check on status of the car.
