Water pump to engin problems gone bad Took car in for an oil change and water pump to be repaired. 2 days later car done, drove off lot and car wouldnt run over 20mph. Did not have this is Took car in for an oil change and water pump to be repaired. 2 days later car done, drove off lot and car wouldnt run over 20mph. Did not have this issue when dropped off. Turned around and left car there over night. Recieved call next day stating that i need a new battery to find the problem. Didnt have a battery issue either. Ask if they could charge the battery to find the problem but they said no, that i had to buy a new one! Well i did and the said that my crankcase breather and throttle body is the issue. Again.. These things were not wrong when i went there. These are things that they had to remove to get to the water pump (hoses from crankcase and throttle body). As you can see where the mechanic maked for remove. Took it some where else and they showed me where a bolt was missing from throttle body from them removing. I am not saying that they caused the problem but makes you think. Also did not return old battery like the said. More

Oil change I had a oil change schuduled for 2 PM and the oil change wasn't completed until 3:30 PM. One and a half hours for a oil change! Was also told that the I had a oil change schuduled for 2 PM and the oil change wasn't completed until 3:30 PM. One and a half hours for a oil change! Was also told that the car would be washed and vacuumed which neither was done. I was not given updates on what was taking so long only that it was almost done which was stil another half hour from that point. I have been to other VW dealerships and all were excellent. This was the poorest sevice that I have ever had. I will not be back . I also drove 40 miles for it. More

Slow and unprofessional I have no choice but to take my car to the dealership to get serviced since no other facility has the tool to remove the oil plug on the new VW models I have no choice but to take my car to the dealership to get serviced since no other facility has the tool to remove the oil plug on the new VW models. I was in the area and stopped in to have the oil changed. They were too busy and wouldn’t be able to complete a simple oil change for about 4 and a half hours. So, I said I would make an appointment and come back later. I made an 11:15 appointment and came to get my car around 2:30. I told the person who took my keys and did the paper work I would be back then. They assured me my car would be ready and washed. When I returned, the car was not washed. I was asked if I had time to wait. No, the car was there for over 3 hours which should be plenty of time. Also, the person at the desk wanted to argue with the mechanic who was servicing the car about it not being washed while I was waiting for them to give me my keys. Other times I have waited with my car. Even with an appointment, don’t expect for a simple oil change to take less than 2 and a half hours. More
