Changed water pump 8-9 months ago due to imploding while under warranty, truck smells of coolantleak still. Advise about issue when dropped truck off that it isn't leaking and must have never been cleaned. under warranty, truck smells of coolantleak still. Advise about issue when dropped truck off that it isn't leaking and must have never been cleaned. So service tech inspection found no leaks, but they still did nothing to clean up the smell. I guess warranty work no longer gets the mess cleaned up? More

We took it in for a replacement in a warranty part. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 2 hours. When my husband dropped it off they said it would take 3 hours. After 4 hours my husban When I made the appointment I was told it would take 2 hours. When my husband dropped it off they said it would take 3 hours. After 4 hours my husband called and whoever answered the phone said they would find out how much longer and call him back. They never called back and it ended up taking 7 to 7-1/2 hours. I feel they should have called and at least given me an update. More

Salesperson was good getting the details handled but the truck was missing parts, out of fuel and service and has issues. The finance person felt slimey trying to sell a warranty and then put car plates on truck was missing parts, out of fuel and service and has issues.
