After we had our vehicle serviced we received a call call inquiring as to whether we found a garage door opener in our vehicle. The gentleman seemed fairly certain that it was, we checked and did not In fact inquiring as to whether we found a garage door opener in our vehicle. It seems odd that the service tech wouldn’t check that it wasn’t in there before it was given to the client. Yes things happen but he seemed too certain that we would find it. I don’t think we will be returning to this service center. More

I quit going to lakeside because of the staff and that nothing seem to get fixed. I would drive to nappanee to get my vehicle fixed. A service light came on in my new blazer and I was going to Fort Wayne. nothing seem to get fixed. I would drive to nappanee to get my vehicle fixed. A service light came on in my new blazer and I was going to Fort Wayne. So I stopped by Lakeside since it was on my way. Advisor Evan Behrendt made an appointment for two days later and said it would be fine to drive. My vehicle was fixed and Evan explained what was done and said if I had anymore problems let them know. Very friendly and willing to listen to the customer. More

Always friendly, and explain clearly what your vehicle needs if anything! Nice and clean waiting area and snacks and coffee, pop if you want it!
