He hit it right out of the park on the very first car he showed me, a preowned 2014 RAV4 LE with 29,000 miles! We also looked at a few other vehicles including larger vehicles, but nothing was as comfortable as the first vehicle he showed me. He is a class act, and the most empathetic salesman I've had on my journey to finding the right new car.
