I had a truly amazing experience with Lakeside Toyota. I was shopping for 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser on line, and decided to make the trip from Tuscaloosa to New Orleans to check out the one they posted. The sales process was fine, but service is frustrating. I feel like I’m being held hostage in that this should be a warranty service, and every other dealer is far away (and the next closest has an equally poor service reputation.) only gave two stars instead of zero because the sale itself was smooth. Went in to see if Lakeside Toyota would do a 200K mile service on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Was told that if I had not had it serviced here before and it was over 10 years old they would not do the service service on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. Was told that if I had not had it serviced here before and it was over 10 years old they would not do the service. Nice to know that being stationed overseas for over 15 years with the military, you cannot get your 4Runner serviced. More
