Best Service Department around In 40 years of driving I have never had a better experience at a Car Dealership Service department. This is my 2nd Toyota I have owned (a Corolla and In 40 years of driving I have never had a better experience at a Car Dealership Service department. This is my 2nd Toyota I have owned (a Corolla and now a Rav 4) From the time you pull up, (especially if there is a line) they come out to your car and check you in quickly.. The service department is clean and well managed and there is a nice waiting room with a large TV, ample seating. The nice thing is there is a shuttle to the mall or local restaurant. The driver is readily available and could not be nicer. Same goes to all the people in the service area - very nice and accommodating as they can be. Its a pleasure now to bring my car in where as before with other places it was always a hassle. I bought an extended plan so that I did not have to shell out money every time I go so its no hassle. Thanks to everyone at Lakeside Toyota. More

Exploitive and Arrogant I have never been treated so rudely or disregarded as a client; Will was not open to negotiations and appeared as if he did not want to sell the car. I have never been treated so rudely or disregarded as a client; Will was not open to negotiations and appeared as if he did not want to sell the car. I understand not being an aggressive or pushy salesman, but the lack of interest he showed was indicative of his level of attentiveness for my concerns. I signed all the paperwork and purchased the used car on Tuesday (July 21) and two requirements that I put into the purchase agreement was that the car be professionally detailed and that I receive two keys (it only had one.) Today is Friday (July 24) and I still do not have my car. Prior to signing, I expressed to Will my concern of signing paperwork without the work being done on the car. His reply was, ("We're not going to waste money fixing a car that you're not going to buy when there is another customer who will buy it as is. We have already agreed to fix it after you sign the papers. Simple as that.") I knew then that the follow through on the repairs would be less than optimal. But I went against my gut feeling and gave Will the benefit of the doubt and went in and purchased the car and signed the paperwork on Tuesday. Since then, I have received no calls providing me with an update or status of my car and when I texted Will on Thursday ("Any word?") his response was ("on wat? (sic)) I was taken aback and replied ("On my car dude.") His response was ("What about it"). I didn't understand that response and just replied, ("Nevermind...sorry I disturbed you...my apologies.") Mind you, this is after I purchased the car! It is Friday morning at 1050am and I still have heard nothing about the status of my car. I would not recommend Will or Lakeside in any capacity because they appear to only be concerned with getting their money and not about the client or his investment. By the way, Max is a great guy and took time to explain everything, respected my time, and worked to make everything smooth and simple. More

To my surprise service manager Tina Ricks informed me that the problem part was a warranty extension and my car still qualified for the warranty. The part needed to be ordered and Tina was able to put me in a rental car as a courtesy to avoid any conflicts that may arise with my busy schedule as a outside sales rep. Tina and the orange team worked digently to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner to meet my schedule. Thank you Tina and your team on a jod well done. Robert More
