Great experience I did most of this purchase through the internet, text messages and a couple of phone calls. Reggie was very responsive each time we interacted. He was also attentive to my need of not wasting my time. He was very knowledgeable and kept me updated as the purchase was coming together. I had a pretty picky list of requirements and Reggie met everyone without fail. I also should mention that when it was necessary for me to come in to the dealership he was always prepared and got me out of there quickly....(nothing worst than spending a lot of time sitting around a car dealership) LOL !!! Excellent Service - No Pressure Sales When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Reginald, he was very eager to help me. He allowed me to look at all the vehicles without pressuring When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Reginald, he was very eager to help me. He allowed me to look at all the vehicles without pressuring me. He answered all the questions I had regarding the vehicles that I looked at and selected. He rode with me during the test drive. After I decided to purchase he immediately gave me the information/application to start the process. It was a no pressure deal. Also, he had the 800 number for insurance carrier in case I didn’t have it or wanted to check other insurance carriers. The wait time to start and finish the process was very short compared to hours I had spend in a dealership in the past purchasing a vehicle from other dealerships. Luis/Finance Manger helped me get the finance I needed to purchase the vehicle and stayed within the budget I had for the monthly payments. He went over all the products and services Toyota offered. I was able to get the note and warranty for my car until it's paid off. I even watched the Skylynx video. Toyota gave me a lower interest rate than my bank offered. After all the paperwork was done I walked to my new car. I was greeted outside by a Manager welcoming me to the Toyota Family and thanking me for my purchase. Another guy went over all the features in the car and helped me setup Bluetooth. I don’t remember his name but he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. My overall experience at Lakeside Toyota was Great!!! More
