She helped me realize that it was a better fit for my family and I. I was worried about the payment due to my budget. Brittany worked the managers and got me right where I wanted to be. Home of the bait and switch I negotiated a price and had a deal to buy a car today. I showed up with a check for the full price and a second driver to bring my new car home. I was in the dealership on Saturday at 3pm and was assured that they had 3 new vehicles to chose from however, as 5pm on Saturday they had somehow sold all three of them. However, imagine the luck, they had a used car with 500 miles on it for the same price. They wasted a day of my life and did severe damage to the Honda brand. More

I scheduled an appointment for a car inspection and oil change and when I got there he said he was not going to put his dog away for me. That his dog is part of his company and if I didn't feel comfortable with his dog that I can leave. So I waited a whole week to inspect my car and to not get the service is very disappointing. I can't believe that he was incentive to my fear of dogs. Customers should be treated better than that. Now I have to wait another week and get my service done by another Honda dealer. I had to go to Honda City to get my service done. I will never buy a car from Lamacchia. More
