I have dealt with Lamb Nissan for over 11 years, at the service center and now purchasing an automobile. The guys and gals working there are by far more courteous than any other Auto dealer in this area. T service center and now purchasing an automobile. They listen to you with your questions and concerns and give a customer the feeling of really being an important part of their business. I have worked with service many times and they are very professional about the job's being performed on your car. Unfortunately, I was promised the ability to purchase a warranty at the time of delivery of the vehicle I purchased through Lamb. I would have been happy to purchase it at the time of the vehicle purchase warranty at the time of delivery of the vehicle I purchased through Lamb. I would have been happy to purchase it at the time of the vehicle purchase, but the delivery was going to be delayed several months. It made sense to hold off until I took delivery to start the warranty. When the time came, the warranty was no longer available. There was an additional misunderstanding around the delivery costs. I would not recommend buying from them. More

Mark, exceeded, by listening acting on, researching and put us in a 2017 ( because we didn't want to go with new) Mitsubishi Outlander fully loaded, the room we needed. The price was great. Warranty was unbelievable. So loving our new car. Go see Mark! or James. The staff works diligently to get us. Exactly what we needed and wanted. More

Service and sales reps treat women with disdain! I am posting this review after an extremely poor service experience. This is not directed at the mechanics but toward the service schedulers and sales I am posting this review after an extremely poor service experience. This is not directed at the mechanics but toward the service schedulers and sales personel. There is one service older guy that is nice, but others all treat women like second hand citizens. We took the Juke in for a transmission service, with an appointment at 9 am. She arrived early and they said the could still get it in and done at 9 am. No calls, she checked back at 11 and they had not taken it in yet. 2 hours later the sevice was done. Appointments at lamb nissan are worthless, they lied, lied, lied, BS for 4 hours. Treated her like she was stupid, even the sales people would not help the sweetest woman in the world! Do not go here they are inatentive a ... holes... We will not buy our new car here or return for service, ever! But then, Lamb Nissan employees and managers do not value customers! More
