Let me tell you this was the best experience by far I could ever have in purchasing my MINI Cooper JCW. Lamborghini Carolinas has absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was basically able to tell them what I wanted and complete everything online. I showed up, signed some papers, took my keys and zoomed home in my new ride. To top if off Chase was beyond wonderful to deal with. They are honest, upfront and extremely friendly to deal with. Despite the fact that I was standing next to a 400K Lmaborghini while signing papers for my little MINI Cooper these guys treated me like a rock star. I felt so comfortable and so at ease and not at all anxious like I usually am when I walk into a dealership. There were no surprises when I walked in the door, no "let me sell you this and that," just "here is what you wanted,enjoy." Dale and Chase made my car buying experience amazing. I had a horrible experience with my last buying process from Ford/Lincoln, so I was dreading going through it again. I found the car I wanted online actually and was led to their website. I had never bought a car on the internet before, so I had my reservations. However, I spoke to Chase by phone about the vehicle and about the buying process. He listened to my needs and addressed all my concerns. Within 48 hours we had negotiated a price along with having the bill of sale complete. Chase was also able to assist in locating a competitive finance rate for my loan along with handling my Georgia Taxes and processing my trade-in. It took a week before I was able to actually make the trip to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived Chase and Dale had me test drive and inspect the vehicle. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done and they agreed to fix those. In fact, they ordered the parts and Dale personally delivered them to my Atlanta dealership for the repairs. It truly has been a remarkable experience. There was plenty of communication all along the way by email, phone, and text. Dale and Chase kept me updated throughout the whole process which is a first in my car experiences. They really do do their best to take care of you and find a solution to your concerns. He located a car that met my requirements at another dealer in Chicago, and proceeded to (very patiently!) work with me to answer my questions, personally validate the quality/condition of the vehicle, acquire the car, arrange for it to be transported to NC, and finally sell it to me at a very fair price. My transaction was easy, pressure free, and completely transparent. When visiting the dealership, both Chase and Dale treated me like an old friend, and went well out of their way to make sure I drove away happy.
