He was SO honest about the car we were buying that he even told us things about the car that made us pause and consider not buying it-yet he never pressured us. However, knowing that we knew the full history of the vehicle was something that we would NOT find anywhere else. His honesty won us over and made us move forward with confidence. He even researched the issue that gave us pause. Bottom line, he was honest even when it was NOT convenient for him. A characteristic you will not find in other salespeople! Dale's patience: we are very detail oriented and live and hour away in Durham. He researched the options took pictures of iphone hookups etc. We are VERY detail oriented and he was patient through all our questions and always got back VERY promptly! There are much easier people to sell a car to, but he never made us feel like a pain and always worked with us, even on questions that were hard to answer. Value: We got more for our trade-ins than anywhere else was willing to give us! So in the end we got more for our cars and a better car in return, so losing out on the first vehicle with the other shady dealer was the best thing that happened to us.
