I gave Enzo the impossible task of finding me a Urus in one month (keep in mind they are sold out worldwide due to warehouse shutting down during pandemic) and Enzo made it happen and he was able to get me one month (keep in mind they are sold out worldwide due to warehouse shutting down during pandemic) and Enzo made it happen and he was able to get me a YELLOW urus which is what I always wanted. What can I say, Lana made everything about this process seamless. She is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely a people person. I purchased a vehicle with Lana and consigned my previous one which I was seamless. She is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely a people person. I purchased a vehicle with Lana and consigned my previous one which I was a bit nervous about but Lana made everything so easy. She also made sure that I understood the process and answered every single one of my (many) questions. It was nice having someone walk me through the process and genuinely care about what will make the best sense for me. She gave me honest advice and I greatly appreciate that since there are not very many people in the industry who are genuinely concerned for your best interest rather than just another car sale.
