Best Experience at a Dealership ever! I have purchased cars at many dealerships over the years and every time I've felt like I was getting taken advantage of. Lamoureux Ford was a completely different experience and I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person Gary Pion went out of his way to prove that my experience at Lamoureux would be better and he didn't let us down. There was no pressure to "buy right now", in fact he encouraged me to take a day or so to think about my future purchase. They made sure that my preowned Ford Escape was in tip-top shape and even replaced the tires, breaks, and belt before even putting the vehicle on the sales floor! I will feel very safe driving my suv for a long time without the fear of it breaking down and needing repairs anytime soon. I'm a very happy customer. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Lamoureux. Ask for Gary or Bill Thibaud (He also was very helpful even though Gary had already sold me the car - they are all just very helpful and nice). You won't be disappointed! It's worth the drive! More

My Ford purchases over the years have been personal, spouse and for family members. The sales person in all instances has been Marc Kokansky. Lamoureux prides themselves on trust, fair value and service and as such, albeit they have other as qualified sale staff, I have stuck with Koko. Marc is low key, his knows his products and best of all, he is patient thus allowing the buyer to make his choice instead of the typical sales pressure. A value missing from other sales people where as an example during my most recent purchase, I visited other dealerships to consider purchases of a new Volvo or a Denali and came back to Lamoureux because no one can meet or beat the over all purchase experience that they offer, One last thing: With seven cars purchased and since all vehicles need service, Lamoureux Ford has the best Service and Parts Department Manager, that being Charlie Pane running the show, A good HONEST service department is just as important as the brand of vehicle that you buy. Lamoureux, has all the ingredients to make you want to come back. More
