A different experience than what I'm used to These guys are great. We worked with Bill Thibaud. Several trips back and forth due to us being a little indecisive. Bill was patient and vey helpful offering several choices/ options. At no point was Bill pushy or wanting to persuade us in any particular direction. Didn't hound us with phone calls after we looked and left a couple of times. In fact never even asked for our contact info. I liked that. Many other dealers force you into filling out all kinds of paperwork and then call incessantly. Bill listened to what we wanted and told us what he thought would work for our needs. What was different here was that everyone at this dealership was respectful. Business manager was very easy to deal with and found us the best finance options for what we wanted payment wise. Spent the time to show us the numbers for several options and gave an honest opinion about what he thought was the best way to go. You feel comfortable here and don't feel like you are at the typical sleazy car dealer where you almost know you are being taken advantage of. From Sales to the Service Dept we have had nothing but great experiences at Lamoureaux and would highly recommend them. More
