My most recent purchase was conducted with John Boxshus who was completely understanding of my needs and helped me make the right decisions regarding the two vehicles I was originally going to trade in. One vehicle was my Explorer and the other was my wife's vehicle (2 for 1). He advised me to think long and hard about this since he has had individuals regretting ending up with only 1 vehicle to "share". Instead of being impulsive I took his advice and was allowed all the time I needed to make the right decision. He never pressured me and I admire his knowledge of what customer service is all about. He explained every detail about my purchase and guided me through the entire process without a hitch. Finally his inservice regarding all the "bells and whistles" of my new purchase was exceptional.
