He was very patient and took great length to explain to us all aspects of our new Edge and to answer all our questions. We had a 2012 Ford Escape and had talked a bit about either doing the needed service or updating it to a newer model with less miles, a factory warranty and a few of the upgrades now available. Looking on the lot my wife fell in love with a 2015 Ford Escape (loaded). The money seemed good, the mileage was low and the car was in great shape...but unknown to us someone else had already claimed this vehicle. John Boxshus worked with my wife to find her the next best thing. He did his best to fill the void as there were plenty of vehicles on the market to pick from. John did a great job finding us several to pick from, but in the end we would have needed settle for one, rather than getting the vehicle she really she wanted. Instead of giving up, John started talking to us about the new 2016 Ford Escape. He asked about what options we really wanted and told us about the different incentives and rebates available when we bought new…long story short. Over the next week John was able to reconfigure a vehicle already on order, modify the options to satisfy our needs and provide us with enough incentives, rebates and a 0% financing to make it an offer we couldn’t refuse. The best part about this was the new 2016 Ford Escape actually going to cost us less than what were expecting to pay for the 2015 Escape we had originally wanted. After ordering John Boxshus kept us informed of the cars status and when it arrived John completed most of the paperwork (registrations, titles, insurance inspection). The transaction was simple, easy and no pressure. John did a great job configuring the options and teaching us all about the new features that came with the vehicle. We couldn’t have asked for more. There is a downside to buying new…we have owned the vehicle for more than a few weeks and I’m still not allowed to eat in the car or take the dogs out with me when I run my earns…I’m sure at some point this to will pass. In October we celebrate Halloween and horror, but at Lamoureux Ford it’s the environment is more like December, Christmas and family…would I do it again? (YES) Thanks John! More

2014 Ford Escape I talked with John about a new Escape.The price was to high for what I wanted.John said he had a 2014 Escape with all I wanted except for a trailer hi I talked with John about a new Escape.The price was to high for what I wanted.John said he had a 2014 Escape with all I wanted except for a trailer hitch with 12500 miles. I drove the car and it was like new. John said he would put on the trailer hitch and quoted the price of the car. The car was now well within my price range. This is the fifth car or truck the wife and I have purchased from John starting in 1998. I have always been very pleased with John and Lamoureux Ford. There service department is great to work with.
