My in laws have been purchasing their cars from Lamoureux Ford for 25 years (totaling somewhere around 20 vehicle) and they told us to call John. My wife also purchased 2 cars from John (before we knew each other) and he has taken great care of her and her cars. I figured I'd give it a whirl due to their history with him and lamoureaux. We met with John, test drove a pre-owned explorer and loved it. It wasn't your typical car buying experience. John was very personable, funny and knowledgable from all the aspects of the vehicle to all the paperwork and financing. He spent a lot of time with us and at no point did we feel pressured into buying it. My wife and I went home that day, talked it over and decided to trade in her 06 Ford fusion and purchase the ford explorer which we love! Thanks John and Lamoureux Ford! Return Customer to Lamoureux Ford I first went to Lamoureux Ford in 1998. My wife wanted to customize our first new car together, a 1998 Ford Explorer Sport! Marc helped us at the ti I first went to Lamoureux Ford in 1998. My wife wanted to customize our first new car together, a 1998 Ford Explorer Sport! Marc helped us at the time, and allowed my wife to pick out exactly what she wanted in terms of interior and exterior color, as well as options. Marc ended up special ordering the Explorer for us, with no hassle and great patience. He also beat every price from every dealer in the area. Years later we saw Marc out at a local store and he recognized us, and asked how the Explorer was doing. I'm not saying he would remember every customer, but he remembered us. We returned several times over the years, never bought, but Marc always remembered us. This year, we wanted to return to a Ford SUV. My wife went herself, and began working with Koko. She felt no pressure and Koko was more then helpful in explaining the Ford Escape, and letting her take it on a long test drive. I returned with her, and Koko and Peter in the business office, helped us arrange financing. In 24 hrs. we were approved and ready to go. When we went to pick up the Escape, they were a little behind schedule, so they treated us to lunch with a gift certificate at a local restaurant up the road, while we waited for our Escape to be cleaned and prepped. When we returned an hour later, our Ford Escape was cleaned and detailed with a full tank of gas. I have been to other Ford Dealerships in Central Mass, and have experienced the high pressure put on me by the sales crew. I never felt any pressure at Lamoureux Ford.
