Great Purchasing Experience I am beyond impressed with Lamoureux Ford. From the friendly greeting by the receptionist (Susan), through the non-pressured and highly informative m I am beyond impressed with Lamoureux Ford. From the friendly greeting by the receptionist (Susan), through the non-pressured and highly informative meetings with their very knowledgeable sales consultant, Gary Pion, and including meeting with the business manager, Peter Stafford, everyone at Lamoureux was extremely professional, friendly and patient. Gary helped me to pick the Escape that is exactly right for me and was very straight forward and accommodating throughout the process. Arriving at a mutually acceptable price was hassle free. It was done without separate conversations held out of my earshot as I have been accustomed to in past transactions at other dealerships. My 2014 Escape was ready when promised and, since I had a transportation problem, Gary personally came to my residence to pick me up. He made the paperwork easy. I was introduced to other members of the staff (IE: service...) with whom I will have dealings in the future. Gary spent about an hour with me to make sure I have a basic understanding of the vehicle and its equipment and invited me back for a more thorough explanation in a few days, thus giving me a chance to try things out so I can ask questions based on my experiences. A totally positive experience and a great deal allow me to recommend both the dealership and Gary Pion to anyone reading this review. This is truly a 5 star plus organization! More

Very fine dealership I went shopping for a car. I was not sure the brand used or new but I was quite sure it was to be an SUV. I had a dodge van and I loved sitting high u I went shopping for a car. All the people there went out of there way to talk to us. Simply the BEST.. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape in February 2013. LOVED it!!! In April 2014 I was hit head on and came out with minor injuries. Following my accident was an extremely stressful time. While going back and forth with the insurance company I was so tired & weak that I almost settled on taking a financial hit on my vehicle. John Boxshus went above and beyond as usual. He sent me supporting paperwork and talked me through the process to ensure I would get what my vehicle was worth. He was upbeat , positive and walked me through the entire process and checked in on me along the way. He ordered my new vehicle and there was no rush or pressure for me to complete the purchase .
