There isn't any sales pressure because the employees work as a team for the benefit of their customers. I am thrilled with my "new" vehicle, but more importantly, I know that if I do have a problem in the future I can simply contact either John Boxshus or Derek Bachand and they will assist me with whatever my car needs may be. Lamoureux Ford does not sell a car and move on to the next sale. It is my experience that they are dedicated to making certain that their customers are repeat customers and the only way to do that is through honesty, dedication and superior service. I was so happy that Derek went above and beyond by driving with me to the local garage so I could get the car inspection completed (paid for by Lamoureux Ford!). Learning all about our new Escape Matt Pillsbury was our "teacher" and he did a great job. Could answer all our questions and set the Nav and Sync up for us. Gave us a demo of how our new car can parallel park itself, set up our favorite radio stations and paired our phones. He even took the old stickers from our Edge and put them on the Escape. Basically he showed us everything about the car inside and out. And the best part is we can go to him for a refresher course any time we like !! The paper work was easy also!!!
