Recently I decided to purchase a new truck. In the past I have only purchased Ford trucks. So, I went looking around to see if I would like a GMC more. I was looking at two trucks where he clearly explained the differences in both vehicles and let me test drive both of them. I was also provided a very detailed pricing breakdown for both vehicles, helping to make my decision much easier for me. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever when I was deciding between the two and Derek never tried to sway me to purchase the more expensive vehicle with features I didn't need. When I was offered the extended warranty and other options (Gap Ins., Simoniz, etc.), Peter gave me a description of each feature and allowed me to think it over for a couple of days. All I had to do was either call or e-mail him and tell him what I was/wasn't interested in and he took it from there. Again, no pressure at all, which I was very happy with. Marc Lamoureux personally thanked me for coming in and for my business with them, which made the experience better. We told Gary that we were really just test driving to see what types of vehicles we liked so when we were ready to purchase next fall we knew what we were looking for. Gary was no pressure, he told us that he would be available should we decide to make a purchase in the future and allowed us to walk away without any sales talk whatsoever; which is the reason we returned to purchase the vehicle that same day. Our first experience with Lamoreux Ford was around 1988 or later, when we purchaced 3 vehicles at the same time. At the time, we dealt with Mark Lamoreux and his Dad, Lionel. With a lot of chatting, a price was agreed upon which we felt was very fair. Service has always been great. From that time on, we felt like part of the family. In 2008, my Mom passed away so I was 100 miles away from home every M thru F, helping to clean out her house. Three weeks later, my Uncle from Va. passed away & although I trusted my Windstar, I was feeling uncomfortable with making the round trip to Va for his funeral so decided to call Mark Lamoreux & told him the situation. They did not have any mini vans left, but immediately found a clean, used Freestar (still have it) for me. Because of having to be away, they did everything for me with just the telephone call so that when I had to leave to go to the funeral, the car was ready to go. My husband has a 2003 Ranger which is no longer safe to drive on the highways & we left the Freestar in Fl when coming home for the holidays (train) so I called Marc (Koko) & since he has been watching for a used, clean mini van to come in for close to a year, he informed me that one had just come in. Again, the car is perfect and they took care of everything so I had no headaches trying to get everything done myself. Whenever we enter the building, they continue to greet us like family which is a good feeling. We have also purchased our Rangers from them and our son does business with them also. I would recommend them to anyone. More
