First off, and I still think most importantly, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle just yet. Just keep that in the back of your mind as you read this review. I made the mistake of buying my 2012 Fusion end up purchasing a vehicle just yet. Just keep that in the back of your mind as you read this review. I made the mistake of buying my 2012 Fusion at another Ford dealer closer to my home. I initially had plans to have my Fusion serviced at the purchasing dealership, until I had a very negative experience at this dealership. So, I started looking up reviews on Ford service departments in my surrounding area. This is where I initially came across Lamoureux Ford. I started looking at their sales, as well as service reviews. We came across a few used Fords we were interested in, so we made the hour and a half drive to Lamoureux to take a look at used cars. When we got there, we were greeted by Bill. Bill walked us over to the vehicles we were interested in, and took the time to show us the ins and outs of the vehicle. We decided the Flex wasn't for us, and started looking at smaller SUVs. We ended up on a used Edge. Bill took us through this vehicle to, again, show us all the features. We were introduced to Bob, the GM, who was also very nice. The entire time, there was zero pressure from anyone on the sales floor to further the process. We were not pressured into running a credit app, which at the other "big box" dealerships, seems like the first step to looking for a vehicle. We ended on the note for Bill to keep an eye out for something used that comes in, that would better suit our needs. At no point did we feel pushed to the side because we did not buy that day. Bill and the team in sales, in my book anyway, went above and beyond to earn a new customer, and that's exactly what they did. We will most definitely be back when the time is right, and we will most definitely buy from Bill. Also, I found where I will be servicing my Fusion, as the service team at Lamoureux has won several awards for the quality of their work. All in all, if your looking for a Ford dealership where you can feel confident buying and servicing your Ford, look no further. Save yourself the headaches you'll get with those other guys, and pay Lamoureux Ford a visit. You wont be disappointed. More

It was to be a Ford Fusion Hybrid or a Camry Hybrid. The Ford cost more but offered more. It was the driving experience that sold us. We spent several weeks visiting the two local dealers. It is a subtle difference but the friendly Camry salesman seemed genuinely interested in the sale; Bob Parker seemed genuinely interested in us. We had good talks about the cars, the dealership, the service to be expected (of course, I suppose) but - maybe the word I'm looking for is comfortable. It was a comfortable series of visits. One of the brothers owning the dealership dropped by to see of all our questions were being answered to our satisfaction. They were. But then he stayed to chat for a few minutes. Score a point for Lamoureux! I had poured over all the Ford Fusion Hybrid information available (20130. Bob had Ford send a 2014 brochure to me, as the dealership hadn't received theirs yet. And then as we chatted, he added some info on some things I hadn't read about. We went through the list of what items came with the Titanium model we were looking at; none of the brochures made that clear. Determining the kind of driving expected to do helped add a few options and delete a few others. He cautioned us that the (elegant) seats that we preferred would not begin manufacture until November (we were talking in September) and was that all right with us. Yes it was. This dealership is a relatively small one. You know, the kind where everybody knows your name :-) And to repeat, we are comfortable there. The car came yesterday and we had a chance to relax while Bob accomplished the paperwork chores. AS I read over what I've written, One could ask, "Isn't this what all dealers should do?"
