I bought my first brand new car here. It was a really good experience, I test drove a few and finally decided to order what I wanted. Everyone was friendly and never pushy. Earlier this month my wife and I came to the decision that a new vehicle was in order. We both started to mentally prepare ourselves for the arduous task of truck shopping. Fortunately for us we started our search at Lamoureux Ford. We were able to easily setup an appointment with Derek to test drive a few pre-owned F150's they had on the lot. Derek was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a truck that matched our budget and also met our needs. In order to make an educated decision we decided to shop around at several different dealerships, and test drive a variety of trucks. In the end we came back to the place we started... Lamoureux Ford. We liked an F150 XLT super crew but we desired a few creature comforts. Derek was able to offer us heated leather seats at a very reasonable price which spruced up the cab more to our liking. We had a car and truck we were trading in and Derek was able to go to our house so he could provide an accurate estimate of their trade value. We noticed some damage to one of the running boards and brought it to Derek's attention. Derek was able to replace both running boards with a brand new pair. We found the atmosphere at Lamoureux Ford to be easy going and low pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. More
