From start to finish Derek was very helpful and accomodating. On our first visit the model we were interested in was not on the lot, Derek stated he would notify us on Monday if one came in ,this b accomodating. True to his word Derek called that monday we set a time to look at the vehicle and test drive it.We loved the vehicle and purchased it ! Derek was extremely helpful in the purchase phase of the vehicle and introducing us to Peter in financing. Two days later we were driving our car off the lot after Derek went through a lot of the features of the vehicle. I was pleased with his help and also his concern getting me into a vehicle ,as I had a horrific accident in my prior vehicle and it was totaled. Derek couldn't have been more kind and caring,I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone :) More

We recently purchased a C-Max Hybrid working with Derek. We had set up a time to meet with him, he was right there to greet us as we came in. By far the easiest purchase we have ever had in purchasing a car. No pressure sales tactics from Derek or Peter the business manager.
