I knew I wanted a Ford F150, but I wasn’t sure where I should buy from because I knew I wanted something that probably wouldn’t be found on any dealer lot in MA. Gary Pion and the rest of the staff including Marc Lamoureux himself were more than knowledgeable and patient in regards to my questions. Sure enough, my “dream” truck couldn’t be found so I decided to order one. Gary clearly explained the ordering process and kept me up to date with every change in status. In less than 2 months, my new F150 was delivered and just what I wanted and hoped it would be. Albeit my first Ford, definitely not my last and I will only work with Lamoureux Ford in the future. I hear remarkable recommendations regarding their service department and only imagine top notch service like the sales group. Dealing with Lamoureux Ford was a satisfying experience to say the least. After starting to feel very off put by the first dealer I went to, a friend recommended I go to Lamoureux Ford and "skip all of th to say the least. I called and talked to John Boxshus and even as complete strangers on the phone he treated me very kindly, asked me what time would be best for me to come down, so he could help me find the car I not only needed but The One that I absolutely wanted. He walked me through every type and differences in each, and he explained everything you would need to know about the vehicle. And unlike the first dealer he let me take the car on my own and let ME feel comfortable with it. Even let me test drive in pre hurricane conditions;). John also found all of the incentives that I was eligible for being at LEAST $900 dollars!! worth of incentives that the first dealer conveniently failed to mention to me. Lamoureux brought back the comfort and the faith a customer should have in someone who is selling you a big important part of the coming years of your life and or family's... physically and financially. I would reccomend Lamoureux Ford to anyone looking for a sales staff that doesn't jump down your throat once you walk in the door, but that also is around to answer any questions. We came in for Service of our 2012 Mustang, and while waiting I became interested in the idea of trading our Mustang in for a F150 truck. When we arrived back at the dealership, Marc (Koko), had arrived, and offered to check and see if we might be able to make the trade. We left on Friday, thought it out over the weekend, and decided to return on Monday morning, to try to make it work. Peter Statford called us back Monday afternoon with an offer, we decided would work. We came back in Monday night, and took delivery of the truck, everthing went very smoothly, and we were pleased with the way things came out. We have now dealt with this dealership several times, for sales and service, and Lamoureux Ford, everyone from Mark Lamoureux, through his entire staff, has earned our loyalty for sales and service, that we have never felt before. We feel that our relationship with this dealership will continue well into the future.
