I purchased a 2004 focus at the time Millbury Ford was aware they were to become Langway Ford. My wife's issues were fluffed off, she is a woman after all. It was covered fully and happily resolved very rapidly. Early this October 2012 my wife and I, she is still a woman, returned to see Bob Parker at Lamoureux Ford and purchased a 2012 Ford 150 window van with less than 4,000 miles on it. I am sure my experiences in East Brookfield can only get better. More

I cannot say enough about how great of an experience it is to purchase a vehicle from Lamoureux Ford. This is my 4th pickup purchased at Lamoureux and the 7th vehicle that my wife and I have purchased ther is to purchase a vehicle from Lamoureux Ford. This is my 4th pickup purchased at Lamoureux and the 7th vehicle that my wife and I have purchased there dating back to the late 1980's. In addition both my mom and my mother-in-law drive vehicles purchased at Lamoureux. I have never been disappointed with any of the people I have dealt with at the dealership. Dealing with John Boxshus is always great. He was there 25 years ago when my wife and I bought a Taurus and he is still there today. He does not fit the stereotype of a car salesman. John is a nice guy with a great sense of humor who is extremely knowledgeable about the auto industry overall and Ford specifically. John walked me through the entire process and explained everything as we went along. I cannot say enough good things about Lamoureux Ford. Their service department has always treated me great and Pete Stafford was great to deal with regarding financing. And when I showed up this morning for my vehicle registration and to get an inspection sticker, Marc Lamoureux, the vice president, offered to take my new truck down to the inspection station to get the sticker put on it.
