I owned my last vehicle for 14 years. The problems I had with that dealer started before I even bought the vehicle, should have known before I signed! I talked to probably a dozen people about the dealers in my area and never was able to get anyone to say anything negative about Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield, MA. When I called Lamoureux, I was quickly put in touch with Gary Pion. Gary was very helpful all through the process of buying my truck. Th process was very enjoyable. Gary looked at their dealer network to find the vehicle that I was interested in with the options I wanted. Gary got back to me quickly and never tried to push me to buy a car on the lot for a quick sale. I wound up ordering a truck and Gary kept me up to date on each step of the process. When it came to delivery, I was out of town and the dealer had to have the vehicle prepped while I was gone. Even though all the paperwork was not done, The extra items I wanted put on the truck were added even with the risk of me choosing not to take delivery when I finally got to see the truck. When I arrived back in town, the delivery process was enjoyable as well. Gary explained all of the options and showed me how to operate every part of my new truck. As far as the price I paid for the truck. I also researched this for a long time before making my purchase. I even paid for a price report from Consumer Reports. They give several prices and the lowest is called the ROCK BOTTOM price. Without any haggling, I was offered a price only $90.00 more than the rock bottom price and thousands less than the median price paid for my vehicle with the options I wanted. five months after taking delivery, I had my first service with Lamoureux Ford. The service people were great. Service was efficient and complete. Waiting in the comfortable waiting room was enjoyable. they even have a toy room for the kids. LAMOUREUX FORD has a customer for life with this customer service! This is what buying and servicing a car or truck should be! I just wish all businesses treated their customers like this. More

I have been to more than a few different dealerships in different parts of the United States and in Massachusetts. I am a native to the area and after I went to Lamoureux Ford, they were immediately in my different parts of the United States and in Massachusetts. I am a native to the area and after I went to Lamoureux Ford, they were immediately in my very exclusive list of dealers I would buy from. The biggest thing is they were not pushy at all! They were easy going and willing to give me facts separate from opinions and advisory, rather than trying to muddy the water and slip me a bad deal. In fact, the car that I was interested in was marked as having 54k miles. What they did not realize until after I looked at it, is that it actually had 33k miles on it. The Kilometer/Miles switch was set to Kilometers. They didn't even -suggest- raising the price. They just smiled and said "Woops. Looks like you get an extra 20k miles! Haha." This might not seem like much but it meant something to me and it also meant that they had to up the automatic coverage from 60 days to 90 days based on Massachusetts Lemon Laws! They have a good stock on the lot and had more than one or two classes of car. Honest, good people who I would recommend everyone to. I hate car shopping and I enjoyed my time at Lamoureux Ford.
