We would give more stars if we could! We purchased a 2012 F250 diesel. Visited all of the big dealers that boast huge inventories, got to dine in cafes and hang around fancy guest lounges and suffered 2012 F250 diesel. They all tried to push us into vehicles they had on the lot that were not quite what we were looking for. A friend told us to see John Boxshus at Lamoureux Ford. We were certain we would never find what we were looking for in East Brookfield, and we were right. Until John sat down with us and asked what exactly WE were looking for (not what somebody wanted to sell us). John assured us that if it is out there, he would do his best to find it. He did just that. He searched the Ford New England area inventory and found our perfect truck in Maine. He made arrangements to get the vehicle to East Brookfield for us without asking for any deposit up front. We had one dealer ask for a nonrefundable $500 deposit simply to bring a truck from Braintree to Westboro, because they really needed to know we were serious buyers before they went through all that work! We have our truck, couldn't be happier, and cannot say enough about John and the folks at Lamoureux. We wasted too many beautiful Saturdays in September going from dealer to dealer. Don't waste your precious Saturdays, just visit Lamoureux first. More

Lamoureux Ford gets it! The salesman I dealt with, Derek Bachand, was excellent. I have walked away from dealerships in the past based on the salesman’s “hard sell”. Not once did he ask “So whats it gonna take for me to get you into this car today?” which is one of the reasons I did not by a comparable Chevy vehicle. I was given time to think, test drive, and comeback with more questions over a month long period with no pressure. When I decided to purchase the car everyone there was very helpful. I certainly realize that this is a business and they are there to make money, but I was able to get a fair deal on the car I wanted and on my trade in without it being a hassle or a protracted haggling fight. Like any customer relationship, time will tell, but I would definitely recommend Lamoureux to family and friends. More

This was our first visit to Lamoureux and we will be back! I wanted to test drive a few models, one being the new 2013 Ford Escape. Marc was extremely helpful during my visit. I was pleasantly surprised that Marc did not "hound" me like the salesmen at other dealerships. The very next week my husband went to Lamoureux to purchase the Escape. After comparing prices and brands we were pleased with everthing Lamoureux had to offer. They were friendly and their price couldn't be beat!! I don't know why but I always thought of Lamoureux as being "too far away", but really they are not. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as Marc. More
