We just bought our new 2012 Ford Fusion from Lamoureux Ford and was very pleased. We live about 50 minutes away, it was well worth the time to drive there. He knows how to make people feel comfortable when looking for a vehicle. He has never put any pressure on us to buy a vehicle and on a few occasions told us to hold off for a little bit. On our last purchase in July my husband looked at a vehicle he wanted (for the last 4 yrs), John took the time to sit with him and go over everything, my husband still was not sure if it would be to much for us. John understood and said we could think it over. John never called up to pressure us at all, how many other dealers would do that? A week later my husband picked up his F-150 and he absolutely loves it. We have always serviced our vehicles at the dealership where its also has been top-notch. The best thing I can say about John is after the sale is final he's still there to assist you with any problems you may encounter no matter if its 1 month or 1 year down the road.
