We were pleased with our recent buying experience for both a used Excape and a new one from Marc "Koko" Kokansky. Marc is personable and very easy to work with. I was not looking to buy a car, new or used. My 2005 I was not looking to buy a car, new or used. My 2005 Explorer, purchased new from Lamoureaux Ford was paid off. I was very satisfied with it and intended to keep it. But, On June 19th the used 2005 Limited Edition, 50th Anniversary Thunderbird Convertible caught my eye. The two seater T-bird had been my dream car since 1955! My husband and I went in to see Robert Parker. We go to “Bob” because we have purchased vehicles from him in the past and trust him. “Bob” is an honest, “no pressure” sales rep. In his friendly, easy going style he answered all of our questions, went over all the features of the car and showed me how everything worked then handed me the keys for a test drive. There remained one obstacle to over come and that was our budget. We would not be trading in my Explorer and the amount of the monthly payments would be an issue. We told “Bob” what our budget could manage and somehow he made it happen. The very next day that T-Bird Convertible was sitting in my driveway and a dream had come true! Would we recommend “Bob” Parker and Lamoureaux Ford to others? ABSOLUTELY – we have in the past and will continue to do so, and not just for sales – the Service Department is excellent. We have always brought our vehicles there for service because we know we can depend on the job being done right. They are thorough, and skilled. And, did I say friendly?
