We stopped by for a closer look at a 2010 Lincoln MKZ that we had seen on Sunday when the dealership was closed. The car we were interested in had bben sold minutes before we arrived. After working with the team at Lamoureux Ford, specifically Gary Pion, I am more than happy with the results of my purchase. I had a great experience working with Gary Pion to purchase my new "used" car. He took the time to sit with me and explain all of the cool features of my car, which to me was going above and beyond customer service. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to show me the small details, from the Sync feature to how the wipers operated! Loved the sales expiriance. at no time did i ever feel like i was being pushed or hurried to make a decision. By no means did any of the people i worked with have the "grasy/sketchy" sterotypical salesman like i was being pushed or hurried to make a decision. The quality of the explorer i bought was excellent too. They did all the scheduled matinance for a vehicle with it;s amount of milage before they put it out on the lot. So wont have to worry abput wear and tear repairs for a long time. and they did not have any issue replacing a foggy fog light when i brought it to they're attention, Twice now i have bought a vehicle from lamoureux ford, my brother my aunt and my grandfather have all bought cars their, with similar expiriances.
