Over the past 7 years we have moved to more family friendly vehicles and John always helps us to make great choices that will be both functional and fun for us to drive! This most recent purchase came as a great surprise. The car that I drive back and forth to work which we had purchased used only a few years before was still working great, but I had eyed a new Fusion when bringing a car in for service. We spoke with John about possibly switching to a new vehicle but not wanting to go much higher than the payments we were still making on the used 500. A couple weeks later John called with some great news, the value of our used 500 was higher than what we had left to pay off, and with all the great deals Lamoureux had to offer on new lease Fusions we would be making payments only $24 over what we had been paying. Not to mention the gas mileage was so much better we would be saving that $24 in gas alone! My new car is amazing!! I love driving it, it's the perfect fit for me and my family! Lamoureux Ford is a truly different kind of car dealership, there is no pressure to make purchases; rather a need to make sure each customer makes the best purchase for their need and is happy with the purchase they make! The dealership is family friendly, which is great with our two young girls. My oldest loves visiting John and getting lollipops! This was the easiest, most pressure free car buying experience I have ever had. Working with both Bill and Derek they listened patiently while I explained my needs then provided me with options. We must have talked for an hour before we actually went out to look at vehicles and then test drive, again running me by all the options at each vehicle I looked at. I must have met half a dozen people from start to finish and every one of them treated me like I was the only customer in the place (I wasn't). The owners come out to meet and thank you. But not just in passing, they actually strike up a real conversation. The people are so friendly and personable that you can't help but feel like part of the family.
