The experience was an absolute simple breeze with Marc Kokansky aka KoKo. THANK YOU also to Marc’s sales team members who helped as well putting on the license plates etc. Only small issue I had was with Kokansky aka KoKo. Marc is a great guy, straight forward and very easy to deal with! He even took my new vehicle off site on his own for the Tonneau cover to be re-installed! There was NO pressure added to purchase the vehicle! We simply kept in touch for about 1 month until I made the final decision on my own! I will absolutely work with Marc and his sales staff again! I had driven home, not knowing I had a flat tire. (screw in it) After replacing it with the spare, I called and was able to come in the next day to see if it could be repaired. It had to be replaced. ** Its a 1 hour drive for me to get to this dealership (have one in my town) - They had a new Bronco correct color and options that I wanted online. I purchased the vehicle with no pressure never felt pushed everything went smoothly - drove home a few hours later in my new Bronco.
